The Challenge
Delceno Miles and her team have built a broad portfolio over 30+ years – working with “public agencies, nonprofits… major corporations and municipalities”. The brand story needed to cut through that breadth. Specifically, we had to define Delceno’s legacy as founder of a pioneering regional firm and determine what niche to spotlight in the narrative. We aimed to crystallize what The Miles Agency will be known for – turning its decades of experience into a clear, singular message about trust and inclusive communication.
We applied The Miles Agency’s signature method: data-driven research and community-focused storytelling. Our team conducted in-depth interviews with leaders to uncover key themes (purpose, diversity, impact). We identified the audiences – decision-makers, citizens, partners – and framed a narrative around connection and trust. The key was for the brand story to reflect the personality of The Miles Agency's CEO, Delceno Miles.
The Approach
PRODUCTION
The production team crafted a cinematic story film as the flagship deliverable. We captured interviews with The Miles Agency’s CEO and key leaders of other industries, intercut with B-roll of everyday work: strategy sessions, community events, and team collaboration. Each shot was composed intentionally – wide frames of group meetings, and cutaways to meaningful details – to reflect our professionalism and warmth. The tone and theme reflected the personality of CEO, fun and light hearted. The visual style is polished but authentic, aligning with our content development standards.
